• • Have an active Discord server and a website or storefront to sell products.
• • Clean past records — no history of scamming, ratting, or fraudulent activity.
• • Must not resell below the agreed pricing or undercut other authorized resellers.
• • Must represent Elyra products accurately — no false claims or misleading advertising.

• • Any amount deposited (equal to or greater than the amount requested) is automatically converted to balance and cannot be refunded.
• • Balance is non-transferable between reseller accounts.
• • Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the product tier.

Any scam practice or misconduct with the software chosen for resale will result in a permanent ban from the reseller program. Your remaining balance (if any) will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to:

• • Scamming customers or providing false keys.
• • Sharing, leaking, or redistributing Elyra software files.
• • Chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits.
• • Misrepresenting Elyra products or impersonating staff.
